Lead time

All of our sets are currently on a 2-8 week lead time, depending on the set you've ordered/are interested in. You can contact the customer service team for more information about a specific set.

Once an item is in stock, delivery typically takes 7-14 working days, although this can depend on your area.

We can currently deliver anywhere on mainland UK for £60, although Scotland would incur a surcharge. For further information, please email us at: sales@rattan.co.uk.

** Please note, all delivery dates and lead times quoted are given in good faith and are approximate at the time of placing your order based on the estimated length of time that we believe we can deliver the order to you. This is based on stock levels and/or delivery times provided to us by our suppliers; these are given in good faith and may be affected by delays beyond our control and therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any consequential loss. As such variations may occur.

If you order more than one set we will deliver these together where possible, so that all items arrive on the same day. This is only possible if the difference in lead time isn't too large.

(* delivery is per item regardless of when they arrive, so you won't be charged any extra for a split delivery).

Couriers

Depending on where in the country you live, you will either have delivery via a third-party courier or our own local van drivers. (If you'd like to check who would be doing your delivery, please give us a ring on 01202 830197).

By local van driver

Our customer service team will call you with possible delivery dates (typically Tuesday to Thursday), and once you have confirmed acceptance, will schedule your delivery. Your delivery will not be booked without your agreement. We're unable to issue time slots, so delivery will be an all-day appointment. We are unfortunately unable to offer tracking, so will not be able to provide an update as to the expected arrival time of your delivery on the day.

Please note that our drivers are not allowed to enter your property so the goods will be left at the door. 

It's your responsibility to remove the product from the packaging and assemble the set (when required). Although you may not be able to assemble the product immediately (and the drivers are unable to wait for you to do this), please fully check the item and in the unlikely event of any part being damaged or missing, please email us within 48 hours of delivery to confirm this. 

Please note that our drivers will not assemble any pieces requiring assembly (dining tables, loungers).

By third-party courier

Your furniture will be passed to our third-party courier, who will contact you directly (normally via text/email) to book in your delivery. You must confirm with the courier directly that you wish to accept/decline the date offered. If declined, they will offer you a new delivery date.

If you accept the delivery date, the courier will usually provide a two-hour time window that they aim to deliver in. 

Please note that the drivers are not allowed to enter your property, so you must ensure that there is easy access to your garden via a side gate, or the goods will be left at the door.
